Money is counted in whole cents and stock in real movements. Balances are derived, never typed.
Ledgers are append-only. A mistake is corrected with a new entry, and the trail stays complete.
Every AI coworker has a role, permissions and an approver. Every action it takes is recorded with its reason.
The person who drafts an accounting entry cannot approve it. The system enforces the rule, not a policy document.
Each company runs on its own deployment with its own database, so your data never shares a table with anyone else.
